What we can do for your website

The work can cover a complete website or one specific function. Either way, you’ll know what we’re doing, what it costs, and what you get at the end.

Website design

Most small-business websites fail at the planning stage, not the design stage: too many pages nobody asked for, or one page trying to do everything. So we start by deciding what pages your site actually needs, and what each one has to say.

Deliverables

  • A page plan you approve before design starts
  • Layouts that work on phones first, because that’s where your customers are
  • Your text, images and brand colours placed with intention
  • A full English and Chinese version when you serve both audiences
  • Accessible markup: readable headings, labelled controls, honest link text

Approach

On Quick Launch we adapt a selected professional template to your brand. On custom plans we design your pages from a blank file. The difference is real, and so is the price gap; we’ll tell you plainly which one your situation calls for.

Boundaries

  • We don’t sell pages you don’t need. If a one-pager serves you better than seven pages, we’ll say so.
  • We don’t copy another business’s site. Reference, yes; imitation, no.
Can you redesign my existing site instead of starting over?

Yes. We audit what you have, keep what works, and rebuild what doesn’t. The plan and price follow the same structure as a new build.

Who writes the text?

Quick Launch uses content you provide. Custom homepage and Custom website include copywriting, in English, Chinese or both.

Search setup

When someone googles your business, what they find, and whether the result looks trustworthy, is mostly decided by unglamorous technical work: page titles, metadata, structured data, a clean sitemap. We do that work on every page we ship.

Deliverables

  • A unique, honest title and description for every page
  • Structured data so Google understands your name, address and hours
  • An XML sitemap, submitted through Google Search Console
  • Google Maps connection when it fits the business
  • Hreflang setup so English and Chinese pages point to each other correctly

Approach

We set the technical foundation and hand you the Search Console access. The data and the account are yours, and you can watch what Google sees from day one.

Boundaries

  • We don’t promise rankings. Nobody honest can. What we promise is that no technical mistake of ours will hold you back.
  • We don’t buy links or chase tricks that get sites penalized.
Will my restaurant show up on Google Maps?

If you have a Google Business Profile we connect the site to it and keep the details consistent. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll walk you through claiming it — it’s free and it matters more than most paid ads.

How long until Google indexes the site?

Usually days, sometimes weeks. We submit the sitemap on launch day and verify indexing in Search Console; the timing after that is Google’s, not ours.

Booking, shops and business tools

A website that only describes your business is doing half a job. The other half is letting customers act: book a table, order pickup, buy a gift card, ask a question that reaches you and gets answered.

Deliverables

  • Reservation and booking systems that match how you actually take bookings
  • Online stores with payment integration
  • Order and inquiry forms that reach your inbox reliably
  • Customer portals and the business logic behind them
  • Connections to the third-party platforms you already use

Approach

Tool projects start with a conversation about your workflow, not a feature list. We’d rather build three functions you’ll use daily than ten you’ll never open.

Boundaries

  • Complex applications are quoted by scope after we understand the requirements — a number given before that would be a guess, and we don’t guess in writing.
Can you connect my existing ordering platform instead of building one?

Usually yes, and often that’s the right call. We’ll tell you when the platform you already pay for does the job.

How long does a booking or store project take?

Projects with booking or e-commerce usually take 4–8 weeks, depending on scope.
